Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying and logging them into the system.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and shipping companies for deliveries and shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse transactions, including goods received and dispatched.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, stock levels, and order processing.
- Handle data entry and keep the warehouse management system up to date.
- Assist in preparing schedules for warehouse staff, ensuring proper shifts and resource allocation.
- Manage and update filing systems for both digital and physical records.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to order status and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to improve efficiency and resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse administration or related field.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Domicile in Bali.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
