1. Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., SKA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of construction regulations and engineering standards.
2. Work Experience
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or civil projects.
Proven experience in planning, design, supervision, and project execution.
3. Technical Skills
Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, Civil 3D, or equivalent.
Solid understanding of structural analysis, load calculations, and material design.
Ability to prepare cost estimates (BOQ), technical drawings, and project reports.
Able to set out and measure project areas accurately.
Capable of supervising project works from start to completion.
Ensures construction is carried out in accordance with the approved plans.
4. Project Management Skills
Skilled in project scheduling and budgeting.
Able to coordinate with contractors, architects, and relevant stakeholders.
Knowledge of risk management and workplace safety (HSE).
5. Personal Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Able to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly committed.
6. Additional Requirements
Willing to be assigned to project sites.
Possession of a valid driving license (A/C) is an advantage.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a plus.
