Key Responsibilities:
Prepare dumpling dough by mixing, kneading, and rolling to the desired consistency and thickness
Make filling mixtures using fresh ingredients such as meat, vegetables, and spices
Assemble dumplings by filling and folding the dough with precision and care
Cook dumplings by boiling, steaming, or frying according to recipe requirements
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen area
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Assist in inventory management and restocking ingredients as needed
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dumplings
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dumpling making or similar food preparation preferred
Knowledge of various dumpling styles and fillings is a plus
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
