Responsibilities:

1. Develop and revise detailed architectural and interior design drawings.
2. Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project requirements.
3. Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to create accurate technical plans.
4. Prepare working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
2. Relevant work experience in designing and overseeing architectural projects, ideally across various scales and building types.
3. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp.
4. Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with effective leadership to interact with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
5. Ability to manage work and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. A keen design sense, particularly in the hospitality sector.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
8. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design plans.
