- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices and Kitas/Visa.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English

1. Supports annual projects and rollouts (e.g., Annual Enrollment) on recurring basis in testing, implementation and employee support functions.
2. Lead annual cyclical processes by coordinating resources and timelines across HR.
3. Conduct hourly recruitment for open positions following established process, in accordance with Affirmative Action requirements.
4. Assist in coordinating all interviews for both hourly and salary candidates.
5. Provide training and support for tools, including Sharepoint, Performance Management, Training Records, and Survey Action Planning.
