REQUIREMENT:
- SMK/D3/S1 with accounting major
- 2–3 years of experience in business consulting, tax advisory, or a public accounting firm; or 3–4 years of experience as an accounting staff member in a company with comprehensive exposure to general cashiering, accounts payable/receivable, income auditing, purchasing and receiving, taxation, and accurate financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong skills in other Microsoft Office applications
- Able to operate accounting softwares
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capable of preparing complete financial statements – including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, statement of owner’s equity, and cash flow statement- directly from operational data.
- Strong understanding of PSAK & IFRS and Indonesia Tax Law
- Excellent practical knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation
- Demonstrates a proactive and positive mindset, thrives in team environments, adapts quickly, and is eager to learn and grow professionally.
- Strong negotiation abilities and effective team engagement skills.
- Manage and deliver accurate reports within set deadlines for multiple clients.
- Maintains composure and focus in high-pressure situations and demanding tasks.
- Well-versed in accounting standards and Indonesian regulations, with the ability to apply flexible solutions tailored to client situations

RESPONSIBILITY:
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, government regulations, and professional accounting standards.
- Perform accurate journal entries and postings, and review the work of subordinates for quality and compliance.
- Manage, reconcile, and analyze all accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Translate legal documents, operational data, and undocumented activities into reliable and traceable accounting records.
- Analyze financial data to assess the company’s financial position and performance.
- Monitor and escalate discrepancies in reconciliations or documentation, and proactively propose practical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver complete financial statements and management reports on schedule.
- Make sound decisions within the scope of authorized responsibilities, with the ability to weigh flexible solutions when addressing problems.
- Communicate clearly and effectively both internally—across departments—and externally with clients.
