We are looking for a Human Resources Executive who is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in Indonesian labor regulations and HR operations. This role requires strong technical skills, especially in BPJS administration, payroll, and tax processes, as well as strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan processes.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and government regulations.
• Manage and process payroll, tax deductions, and employee benefits accurately.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Talenta HRIS system effectively.
• Conduct regular unit visits on a weekly basis to ensure HR practices are followed.
• Support recruitment, training, and employee relations as needed.
• Liaise with external institutions and government offices as required.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Conducting interviews if it’s needed.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar HR role (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Deep understanding of BPJS administration and manpower regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Familiarity with Talenta HR platform.
• Good knowledge of payroll systems and Indonesian tax deductions.
• Willing to visit to different company units weekly.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
