Entertainment & Restaurant Manager – Media Fun and Friends Cafe, Ubud

Join us at Media Fun and Friends Cafe Ubud — a creative space blending entertainment, specialty coffee, and good vibes in the heart of Ubud. We also have an in-house coffee roastery, so coffee knowledge is a big plus!

Position: Entertainment & Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a manager in F&B, hospitality, or entertainment

Skilled in managing PNL (Profit and Loss)

Able to budget, handle restaurant stock opname

Understands POS systems, cost cards, and budget cards

Able to organize team work schedules

Strong leadership and daily operations management skills

Passionate or knowledgeable about coffee and roastery is a plus!

Willing to work in shifts

Willing to relocate to Ubud

Benefits:

Salary starts from IDR 6 million (negotiable depending on experience)

BPJS after 3 months

Service charge after probation
