Location: Kutuh, Nusa Dua, Bali

Salary: Based on experience + attractive commission

Working hours: Full-time

Job Description:

• Real Estate Projects:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for luxury villa developments

• Manage content across platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Website, etc.

• Find and nurture potential clients (buyers/investors)

• Support open house events and project showcases

• Restaurant (Tre Việt):

• Create marketing strategies to increase restaurant traffic

• Develop content to promote dishes, events, and special offers

• Engage with the expat and tourist community in Bali to build brand awareness

• Handle online reviews and customer interactions

Requirements:

• Marketing experience (real estate or F&B background preferred)

• Skilled in content writing, basic photography, and video editing (Canva or CapCut is a plus)

• Good English communication skills

• Proactive, creative, responsible, and self-motivated
