Job Summary:
As a Main Store Keeper (F&B), you will be responsible for managing the inventory and storage of food and beverage items, ensuring efficient stock control and compliance with food safety standards. You’ll work closely with the purchasing, kitchen, and F&B operations teams to support smooth daily operations across the property.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full cycle of F&B inventory management, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining accurate stock records with proper rotation (FIFO).
- Inspect deliveries to ensure they match purchase orders, checking for quality and quantity, and reporting any discrepancies or spoilage to procurement or management.
- Organize storage areas to maintain proper conditions for various stock types (chilled, frozen, dry) and ensure hygiene and cleanliness according to food safety standards.
- Coordinate the timely issuance of items to kitchen and bar teams, while keeping inventory systems updated and accurate.
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, usage, and potential shortages or excess, and collaborate closely with the purchasing, kitchen, and F&B teams to support smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates from any department are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of food safety and storage practices.
- Familiarity with inventory systems or software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or hotel F&B systems).
- Basic math and accounting knowledge.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in an F&B or hospitality setting is usually required.
For this position, the client’s budget is between 3.000.000 – 6.000.000 / month.
