1. Supervise daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth workflows.
2. Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Oversee inventory and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
4. Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing guidance and training as necessary.
5. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
6. Prepare reports on sales, staff performance, and operational issues for management.
7. Address and resolve any customer complaints or operational challenges.
8. Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and operational goals.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail or F&B.
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in inventory management and basic financial reporting.
5. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
6. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
7. Strong communication skills in Indonesian (English proficiency is a plus).
