Based in the heart of Ubud, this role will be pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued guests.

In this role, you will oversee all housekeeping operations at our Ubud premises, including but not limited to:

– Supervising a team of housekeepers to ensure all rooms and public areas are kept clean and well-maintained.

– Developing and implementing effective cleaning schedules and procedures.

– Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene standards and quality expectations.

– Training and mentoring junior staff to enhance their skills and performance.

– Maintaining a positive working environment and fostering teamwork among staff.

– Handling guest inquiries and complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for hospitality who can bring a fresh perspective and energy to our team.
