Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable for both wholesale and retail accounts, ensuring timely updates and accuracy in records.
• Process and issue invoices to customers promptly.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments via emails and phone calls, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies as they arise, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with the sales team to verify and document sales contracts for proper invoicing.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports to track accounts receivable performance and trends.
• Support the finance department with any ad-hoc tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Requirements

• Domiciled in Bali, willing to commute to Ubud.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in finance or accounting are a plus.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong numerical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly and approachable attitude, with a strong customer service orientation.
