About Us: 

Motion The Agency is a creative powerhouse specializing in animated and motion design content that captivates audiences. We work with clients across various industries to bring their visions to life through engaging animations, explainer videos, promotional videos, and more. We are seeking a talented 3D Motion Designer, specifically product render specialist, to join our team and help us create visually stunning and impactful animations.

Job Description:

• Create high-quality 3D animations with a strong emphasis on UI animation and eye-pleasing product renders.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and realise animations that meet client specifications.
• Utilise advanced rendering techniques to enhance the visual quality of animations.
• Work closely with directors, designers, and other animators to integrate rendering with other animation elements.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems that might arise during production.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our animations remain innovative and competitive.
• Implement photography and motion principles to enhance the realism of the animations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Motion Designer, preferably with an agency or team known for high-quality work.
• Expertise in 3D animation software (preferably Blender or Cinema4D)
• Demonstrable portfolio with a strong understanding of animation techniques.
• Excellent eye for detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and feedback.
• Familiarity with post-production processes and software such as After Effects is a plus.
• A degree in Animation, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not required if you have an outstanding portfolio.
• Participate in meetings and provide input on storyboards and design documents.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on projects similar to Wayy Studio or Nua motion, Notreal, or Found Studio.
• Knowledge in automation tools to streamline the animation process.
• Ability to mentor junior animators and provide constructive feedback.
