The company Artalenta Indonesia was  established in 2005. And today the studio are base in Bali with  strategic architecture concept and people collaboration. We role more in  order to deliver aesthetic & architecture. We direct managing and  organize the projects on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities

Operational:

  1. Process months and years process, accounts payable/receivable,cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance, analys, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed assets activity,debt activity ect..
  2. Monitor and analyse accounting data and procedure financial reports or statements from project administration
  3. Establish and enforce accounting methods, policies and principles.
  4. Provide recommendations
  5. Improve system and procedures and initiate correction actions.
  6. Assign projects and direct team to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  7. Meet financial objectives.
  8. Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transaction.
  9. Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
  10. Analyse financial information and summarise financial status.
  11. · Review and recommend modifications to accounting system and procedures.
  12. Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
  13. Provide input into department’s goal setting process.
  14. Prepare financial statements and procedure budget according to schedule.
  15. Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
  16. Support month-end and year-end close process.
  17. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  18. Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department..
  19. Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
  20. Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
  21. Reconcile account in a timely manner.
  22. Daily enter data of financial transactions in database.
  23. Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
  24. Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancie.
  25. Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas.
  26. Function in according with established standards, procedures and applicable laws.
  27. Constantly update job knowledge.
  28. Present financial information and analysis to help senior management make better business decisions.
  29. Explain the financial aspects of invenstment, operations and projects to non-financial managers.
  30. Direct basic accounting procedures such as preparing sheets or income statements.
  31. Analyze key financial data to evaluate the company’s performance.
  32. Make forecasts to assists business planning and anticipate trends and changes.
  33. Prepare budgets and monitor costs and expenditure.
  34. Conduct risk assesmnet and advise on ways to minimize risk.
  35. Advice on problems and ways to improve profitability.

Managerial:

  1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  2. Provide technical support and advice on management.

Administration & Repoting:

  1. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transaction.

Control & Coordinate:

  1. Coordinate and complete annual audits.
  2. Set up and oversee financial system and procedures (bookkeeping, internal control ect.)
