Global Logistics Coordinator Position at Wellness by Solace

Base Salary: IDR 7,000,000 – 15,000,000 per month

Based in Bali (Relocation Required for Non-Residents)

Wellness by Solace is a leading wellness brand in Indonesia, specialising in luxury wellness equipment and bespoke wellness solutions for both residential and commercial clients. We are seeking an experienced Global Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimise our logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to clients.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with expertise in local and import-export operations.

✔ Ability to manage and coordinate shipments, inventory, and delivery schedules effectively.

✔ Experience liaising with suppliers, transport companies, and clients.

✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

✔ Fluent in English and Indonesian.

✔ Based in Bali or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Coordinate and oversee all logistics operations, including shipments, deliveries, and inventory management.

✔ Work closely with suppliers, transport companies, and clients to ensure timely delivery of products.

✔ Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.

✔ Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery schedules.

✔ Resolve any logistical issues that arise to ensure smooth operations.

✔ Provide regular updates and reports on logistics performance to management.

✔ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
