Inbound Sales Representative Position at Wellness by Solace

Base Salary: IDR 8,000,000 – 12,000,000 + Commission Structure to Maximize Your Earnings

Wellness by Solace is a premier wellness brand in Indonesia, specializing in luxury wellness equipment and bespoke solutions for both residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a highly driven Inbound Sales Representative to engage and convert warm leads into sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven experience in inbound sales, engaging leads via phone, email, and chat.

✔ Background in wellness, luxury products, or high-value sales preferred.

✔ Track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.

✔ Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✔ Proficient in CRM systems for tracking and managing leads.

✔ Based in Bali or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

✔ Build rapport and guide prospects through the sales process to secure deals.

✔ Present products in the showroom when necessary, providing in-person consultations.

✔ Handle objections and provide tailored solutions to close sales.

✔ Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in the CRM system.

✔ Collaborate with the team to improve sales processes and maximize lead conversion.
