We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help drive the growth of our restaurant chain. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new locations, managing site development, and overseeing the opening of new restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential new locations for restaurant openings.
• Manage the negotiation and acquisition of new sites.
• Oversee the design and construction of new restaurant spaces.
• Work closely with various teams to ensure timely and efficient store openings.
• Develop and implement strategies for brand expansion in targeted areas.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform development strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, real estate, or retail expansion.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive the execution of expansion plans.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on long-term growth.
• Knowledge of the local market (Bali and Indonesia) is a plus.
