Requirements:

• English proficiency: B1–B2 (basic).

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of basic engineering principles.

• Experience with MEP communication systems, electrical systems, plumbing, low-voltage systems, ventilation, fire safety, etc., is highly desirable.

• Ability to calculate and analyze work volumes and accurately prepare them for workers.

• Knowledge of building load basics and the ability to design earthquake-resistant structures up to 9 on the Richter scale.

Responsibilities:

• Correcting engineering drawings created by outsourcing companies.

• Preparing tables with work volumes for inclusion in contracts by the legal department.

• Drafting and reviewing technical documentation.

• Revising architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to achieve the ideal result within the company.

• Analyzing and ensuring the safety of designed buildings and structures.
