Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field
2. Minimum 1 years in hospitality/villa management, with supervisory experience
3. Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial
4. Proficient in PMS, Microsoft Office, Basic Accounting
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Resposibilities
1. Oversee daily operations of multiple standalone villas
2. Supervise villa staff
3. Ensure exceptional guest experiences
4. Manage villa inventory, supplies and maintenance
5. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues
6. Implement hospitality standards and quality control
7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teas
